Our staff is dedicated to providing a professional srvice adn getting things right the first time.Despite our commitment to professional service, we acknowledge that things may not always meet customer expectations.we have a standard procedure in place to ensure that we investigate your complaint fully fairly.
If you are not satisfied with the reponse(s) provided,you may raise your concerns at a more senior level by writing formally to the Laboratory Manager via hq@lifespandiagnostics.co.sz
